At Botanical Be, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
- All returns must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used or expired will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Botanical.be@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the above policy.
